Moms4Change

On this blog you’ll find an array of topics, but all seek to inspire, encourage, and motivate Moms (everyone, really) to bring about change in these 4 areas:

  1. Across Our Hearts - we want change to occur within our very beings. I want to challenge your way of thinking & stir up compassion in you. I think if there’s one area that Moms need encouragement in, it is their inner core of thoughts & feelings. As our hearts are encouraged & we begin to love ourselves, is when we’ll truly be able to reach out in these other 3 areas.
  2. Across Our Table – Family. Here I’ll share stories that encourage you to be the BEST Momma you can be, through practical applications of living our faith. Lets not get so busy reaching out to the world that we leave our family in the dust. Momma is often the rudder that directs the family ship. We can be more purposeful in teaching our kids to live from their hearts, by demonstrating active compassion. And let’s not forget to bring them along side us on the journey of helping people.
  3. Across Our Street - Community. Your local community needs you. No ifs, and or buts about it. Topics here will be about volunteering, giving whatever you can to help your neighbors, your friends, your church, your schools.
  4. Across Our World - Global Community. I seek to broaden your perspective on our world and the events occurring in it. I discuss a lot about orphans in Africa, specifically a small country Swaziland that has the highest rate of HIV/AIDs anywhere in the world. I believe every Mom in America can support an orphan in one way or another.

Moms4Change will encourage you & I pray it motivates you to be the best you can be & fall deeper in love with Jesus by serving His children.

Defend the oppressed.

Take up the cause of the fatherless;

Plead the case of the widow.”
